The gentleman who cut my hair was not gentle. It was very windy outside I came in with dry wind blow hair . He combed through my hair dry. I thought all hair cuts included a wash, I was not offered . My hair would have been easier to come through if it was wet . I enquired about a color and he handed me a menu and asked if that answered my questions. He cut my hair and took cape off and headed to register .
Asked for an ombre and got all but a full head of brassy orange. Not at all what I asked for, even when I asked the gentleman if he was sure he could do it. Didn't bother to dry it for me, I had to do it myself. Felt rushed and unimportant. The guy was nice enough, but I hate my hair. I thought it would be okay when I left, but when it actually dried, it was a disaster.

Ruined my hair. Went back to get it fixed. They decided to fix it with bleach. The bleach was so painful and they didn't bother to wipe it off my forehead or ears, which caused chemical burns. After I cried and was upset with the result I left without them even bothering to blow dry my hair. It was 20 degrees outside.
Season is the best styles ever. I told her what kind of hair style I wanted and each time it just gets better she is awesome and super nice. I give her a 10+
