I have been to this Fantastic SAMs twice and I can honestly say I will never go again. The first time I called and made an appt. for my daughter. We showed up fifteen minutes before, and we were told we were next. Fine, great, that's the whole point of making an appt.! Then we saw person after person go in front of us. After 20 minutes I said something, and somehow the slip had been "misplaced." Despite this incident, I gave them a second chance, because I realize everyone has an "off" day.
