We had a wonderful experience at this store! We took both my older boys in and they made sure to talk with them and ask for not only my opinions but theirs as well.

Been loyal to FS over the years, same with my mom. Got comfortable with Bernice, then last night worked with Terrie and ooooh I am rocking the purple hair! She was awesome, photo bombed like a pro, we laughed and had a blast and it was worth the $$$
I have always had a pleasant experience until now with a newer stylist. She smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, wasn't very helpful with color choices, pulled my hair to the point of pain, dug her fingernails into my forehead and on top of it, chomped so loud on her gum that it was just annoying. Can't believe I paid over $100 for this �
