My 76 mother went for a perm and wasn't happy with her results. The lady charged her the full price and told her she could try to fix it in two weeks. My mom is on a fixed income and cannot pay to fix something the lady didn't even try to apologize.

The stylist are very friendly and patient with my elderly client.
I had a great experience. Mrs. Wendy cut both my son and my hair and she did great on both especially since my son was having his first hair cut. She did great on his hair and did great on my trim! The place is really nice and really clean
