Fantastic Sams is just what their name entails. They are fantastic. They have always done a wonderful job on my hair as well as on my boyfriends and sons hair. They are always friendly and professional. I dont go anywhere else.
I went in for a body perm on my long hair a couple days before Thanksgiving and what I got was disaster. I have long hair and it has always been soft, now it is burnt, brittle, and falling out. They ruined my hair. I cant do anything with it and if I dont have it damp it looks like fur and frizz. I look like "Philis Diller on steroids". I just can not say how displeased I am.
