I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I ASKED FOR A COUPLE INCHES CUT OFF. TO ME THAT MEANS 2 IN. THE GIRL CUT OFF 4 IN. AND USED THE THINNING SCISSORS WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WANTED IT THINNED!!
