Terrible. My husband went in for a haircut this afternoon and the stylist cut off way too much hair and he only noticed when his hair dried. When he went to see about getting his money back, the stylist was being polite and professional and issued the refund. However, a man who claimed to be the owner was instigating an argument and called my husband a liar even after the issue was already resolved. Pretty sad when your employees have a better work ethic than the owner.
Christy is awesome! Always listens to what I want, unlike at some other places.
Absolutely horrible, the only reason I went there was because my grandma needed a ride so I ended up getting a haircut and boy was that a mistake. I asked for my mid back length hair to be cut to my shoulder but the lady kept cutting all the way to my ears, sliced my neck multiple times with the razor, then proceeded to cut 1/4 of my hair straight and the other 3/4 she styled.
