DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!!!! Absolute worst customer experience I have ever dealt with I my life. While in the waiting area a customer came in and she was not pleased with her hair. I've been getting my hair permed here at least twice a year for the past 15 years. They always do a great job! One time, the perm wasn't holding, so I went back and they cut my hair and fixed it so that the curls came out excellent - for free! I wouldn't be spending the amount that a long hair perm costs if they haven't been doing such a great job!
