I am very disapointed in my visits to this salon. I have had a perm and 2 haircuts from 3 different people. My problem is that they do not listen to what you have asked for, or at least they dont care. I just recd the worst haircut of my life-way, way too short. I asked that the back of my hair be shaped and not to have the sides or tops cut because they were already too short. She said ok and proceded to use the clippers around my ears. I am embarrased to go out in public!
