I had such a great experience with Ingrid at Fantastic Sams! She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. My haircut and style turned out even better than I expected, and she made the whole appointment feel relaxing and fun. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. As nice as the people are there, they’ll charge for a 40 dollar haircut when you made an appointment for a trim, even when u let them do your hair. Which is a shame bc they truly are nice, but not nice when being truthful with the price. hope this changes next time I come there.
You will not find a nicer group of people and professional hair dressers than here! Friendly and accommodating! Ingrid is incredible. She listens. She creates. She is a skilled artist and a magician. Highly recommended!
I went in for a haircut. The man at the front (possibly the owner, he’s always there) said there was an 11:30 appointment but the stylist said she would take me (I got there around 11:20 for walk in). She spent maybe 10 minutes on my hair. She didn’t wash it since I had just showered and she didn’t blow dry it. Yet, I was charged $40 even though online prices are $30. The owners are nice people, the prices are fair for hair cuts. I would like to get a wash and blow dry weekly on Saturday like our mom's did in the old days, it's just nice to have someone else wash and blow dry for that stylist look. $40 for a wash & blow dry is the same cost of a wash cut and blow dry. Hopefully they might adjust this pricing soon 🤞
