Decent haircuts at a good price I used to go to JCPenney's to get my hair done and I liked my hairstyles but then she left and I tried another stylist but she was more expensive and didn't do a very good job. I tried Fantastic Sams and saw my hairstylist there. I found out that several of the stylists that worked at JCPenney's left to go to Fantastic Sams.
