For the past several weeks my family has been attempting to get haircuts. At first it was appointment only but they wouldn't answer their phone. If you won't answer your phone you can make the appointment. Now they say no appointments and walk ins only. Have tried several times this week. There's a 2 or more hour long wait. Not gonna happen. Then today was the final straw for me. I walked in at about 4:45. There was a free stylist. But was told they were closing at 5 and would not take me in as a customer. This is ridiculous... read more
