This was my first hair color at Fantastic Sams at concord plaza in St. Louis. I made appointment at 5:30pm they were bz nobody said nothing at 5:54 I step up and talked to Jenna that I need to do hair color and they don’t accept the customer if they are after 6pm( she told me when I made an appointment. She took me in at 5:58 didn’t mention her name or nothing ask me what hair color I wanted to do and show me the color and left.
