Great place! My kids and I love this place. They are usually pretty busy but they have a good amount of staff working during the busy times. The staff is all very friendly. They treat the kids very well too.
unhappy with haircut and customer service I took my daughter here to get her hair cut thinking they would do a great job as the other reviewer said. Unfortunatley, my experience was different. The lady that did my daughter's hair did an awful job. Her bangs were were so uneven and looked a lot worse than when I would cut it myself. I wasn't that impressed with how the rest of her hair came out either. I also did not find them very kid friendly, even though there were items in their waiting area catered to kids.
