I have came here for years, obviously they changed management because all the regular hairdressers were gone and the service was horrible. My appointment was at 1:00 for cut and color, got there @ 12:55 and it took 10 minutes to get checked in, waited and at 1:25 I am told it’s gonna be another half hour forty five minutes...UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
