They have done a great job every time I've been except for the last time. I loved it that day but she thinned it out too much and as it grew out it was terrible. I need someone to fix it!

Pam and Julie are the best! Rita did my hair last time, as Pam and Julie usually do it. They all are amazing. They have been doing my hair for many years. I would never go anywhere else.

I spent my entire first visit listening to Kim, Hollie and Pam curse and scream at each other over who does/doesn't clean the shop. The 2nd visit, I had chemicals placed on my hair and left for 41 minutes while Pam did a cut for a man and his son, the end result....ORANGE HAIR WITH BROKEN AND FRAYED ENDS! All for the low price of nearly $255! The store manager is rude and refuses to address the issue! I've now had to cut most of my hair off and have been treating it to correct the damages for 2+ months!
There should be 10 stars and that would not be enough. Rita Anderson is the only one that does my hair. Cut, color, or style ....She can do it all. I come from Carrollton just for her. Always love what she does. HIGHLY recommend
I have the BEST hair dresser ever....Rita Anderson! I've never walked out feeling nothing but fabulous & everyone is so friendly! The salon is clean & affordable too that's why I still come to douglasville for my hair after moving 45 min away. Rita Anderson is the best...thanks!!
I live in Hiram.....but I drive to Douglasville to get my hair cut. When you find your place that does it right you can't let them go! Hollie does an amazing job!
