I love this salon. Prices are great and stylists take their time listening to what my needs/concerns are. I've never left with a cut or highlight I didn't like.

My simple haircut didn't look like anything like the pic i brought in.
Been going to Fantastic Sams in Prior Lake for years for hair cuts and color. Today will be the last time. Livid. The price keeps going up and they nickel and dime you for everything. Never have I been told that I will be charged for them to use a round brush to style my hair. I have thin and fine hair. They have ALWAYS used a round brush on me. Just had a cut and highlights done by Jordyn. She is amazing. Had an awful experience at a different Fantastic Sams last time and she made up for it!
