At 1:45 pm today I gave my name and cell number to the girl at the register, two people in front of me. Sent to wait in my car due to covid-19 precautions, they will call me when it is time for me to come inside. 5:00pm, still no phone call... and I left an hour ago. Waiting, but still no phone call. Will they ever call? Terrible customer service.
the bad attitude i received today from the rude hateful, ungrateful woman that done my hair!! all I wanted was a simple color and trim and ended up over 5 hours with not what I wanted for the color! to be told to leave because I didn't like how my hair turned out!!!

Horrible experience I'm filing a complaint with the BBB I had to pay for their mistake and when I called and spoke to the owner that was traveling with his wife when he got back to town he stated that I was charged correctly even after I sent him pictures and told him the story! Don't waste your money going here!! #goelsewhereandspendyourmoney
