My experience at fantastic sams was not only terrible but a waste of six hours. I came into this salon expecting to get exactly what i asked for. I was not only filled with disgust but anger when i got my hair dyed. I asked for platinum blonde with purple underneath, instead i got what i assume was supposed to be an ombre and or balayage.
