Worst place ever!!! I had a local coupon...they didn't honor it! (Yet, it came from them!) My son came also. A complimentary shampoo and condition is supposed to be with every cut. They didn't do this for my son. His hair was pulled during the entire cut. The receptionist tried to charge me for a blow dry when my hair was dripping wet! Clearly, I didn't get a blow dry. No one spoke English. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would definitely go to another salon!!!!

Be very careful before you go here – This is specifically for the Fantastic Sam's on 26th & Santa Monica Blvd, but I just got the worst haircut of my life. Normally I avoid chains, but it was a Sunday and my hair was getting too long. Anyway, I told her I wanted it short, but long enough to comb over. Needless to say, my hair is short enough so that it looks like I shaved my head a month ago (meaning I still have the porcupine haircut with about a1/2 an inch of hair that is too short to even lay flat, let alone comb.
