Friendly staff, good at cutting, felt little quiet/un-lively
Always get my hair cut here. If not satified they make it right. In my book good customer service.
Fantastic Sams is now salon 320 Color and Cut! It is located in the same place with the same stylists and prices! We look forward to seeing everyone !
Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the service of this establishment due to the fact that my stylist did not show for my appointment. I was on time. Someone arrived after me and was attended to by another stylist. After waiting 20 mins I walked out. Only when I started to leave did someone say 'do you want me to call her.' Issues come up, I get it. But the courtesy of an apology could have been extended - they had my cell. It was clean and a stylist was friendly.
