Actually it was a water heater add on. We have a new home with a tankless water heater. Rinnai is the company. Now its a good tankless water heater I'm sure the builder got a good bulk price for all our new homes however, the builder did not get the water heaters with the built in recirculating pump. Therefore, mostly in the upstairs sinks we were wasting gallons of water waiting for hot water! And sometimes the water would be hot for a few minutes then revert back to cold. Eduardo installed a water heater, recirculation pump, and water filtration system, and we couldn't be happier! He was very responsive and his work is top notch! We have been using him for over 15 years and highly recommend him!
Fantastic customer service! I called several times this morning before 9am - but did not leave any messages. Natalie noticed the missed calls and called me back on her own initiative! I had a kitchen faucet falling apart and I could not figure out how to fix it myself. She told me that Gerardo would stop by at 15:30 to have a look.
