DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! DO NOT USE this company!! After a routine weekly maintenance visit, which they had done for years, the pool heater didn’t work and there was a nasty oily mess surrounding the heater (see photos). I called the Swim Pure office who set service up a diagnostic for which I was charged. They are a terrible company to work for. They do not pay their employees what they earned! They promise to make it right.. manager even said hang in and if she had to she would write a check out of her own pocket! But instead gives you a termination letter telling you they have dissolved the department you represent. But they gave no compensation or notice. Great service…a different tech (Austin) worked on our pool today and it’s never been cleaner. Was even able to get our stuck skimmer baskets out to clean. Much appreciated Austin and Swim Pure!
