Swim Pure did a terrible job with our pool maintenance. We tried to resolve it several times with management and customer service, and they ended up sending our bill to a collections agency and didn't address any of the problems. I am paying the bill (even though we had to hire another pool company to correct all the mistakes Swim Pure made), and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service and company.
Service has been great. In particular, Ian H is always a pleasure to speak with. He’s always upbeat, informative, and responsive. Thank you!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! DO NOT USE this company!! After a routine weekly maintenance visit, which they had done for years, the pool heater didn’t work and there was a nasty oily mess surrounding the heater (see photos). I called the Swim Pure office who set service up a diagnostic for which I was charged. I was called by a repair technician who told me that the service technician had poured acid directly into the pump filter which went directly into the heater causing it to “melt “ from the inside out causing the mess on... read more
They are a terrible company to work for. They do not pay their employees what they earned! They promise to make it right.. manager even said hang in and if she had to she would write a check out of her own pocket! But instead gives you a termination letter telling you they have dissolved the department you represent. But they gave no compensation or notice.
