The lady who did my nails kept refusing to do what I wanted even though I was the one paying her to do my nails the way I wanted. I asked for coffin nails, and then she told me that coffin nails would make my fingers look fat so she made me do almond nails even though I repeatedly told her I wanted coffin. Not even that, but when I told her I wanted a lighter base coat, she brought back the SAME base coat THREE times, and she rolled her eyes when I called her out!!!! I went to Fantastic Nails & Spa and I am very disappointed. I asked them to make my gel nails the same size and shape, but they did not do a good job. The nails were uneven, different lengths, and not what I asked for. I asked them to remove and fix them to the correct size, but they told me they did not have time to do the repair. Because of this, we decided to leave. They did a good job on my pedicure, but my gel nails were poorly done and the staff was rude to us. Had a great experience. Rosa did a wonderful job on my nails.
