I had such a great experience at Fantastic Nails with Scarlet! She was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for, if not better. It’s amazing place with friendly staff. The salon is clean and has a wide selection of nail polish colours. I do my shellac nails there and every time enjoy them. Highly recommend this place!
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the most relaxing experience. The salon was quite loud, with staff speaking at a high volume to each other and clients throughout my visit. I also noticed a technician performing a pedicure on someone who appeared to have a fungal infection, which raised some concerns. When I inquired about their sanitation practices, I learned they do not use sterilization machines for their tools.
