I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I left with my nails looking like this. My cuticles were left looking rough, and there was dirt and residue around and under my nails. Instead of leaving feeling pampered, I left embarrassed by how my hands looked. I’ve included a photo so others can judge for themselves. I expected much better attention to detail and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this salon based on my experience.
The worst and most unprofessional service ever. The nail techs here don’t know what they’re doing. They leave nails with dirt underneath. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional and horrendous work. My mom came here for a manicure cleaning and not only did they do a horrible job, they kicked her out when she expressed concern about the dirt still left in her nails.
Amazing designs that stand up to motherhood. Highly recommend, Tai and her team!
