Update: Owner of Fantastic reached out to pay for damage. Review updated to reflect that. Original Review: They've damaged nearly every downspout on my home. Finally, they slammed into one with a mower and completely mangled it. I have spent 2 months attempting to have them repair the damage they caused. Ultimately, I had to fix it myself -- and am still attempting to reach them about compensation. I would not recommend this lawn service to anyone.
They are terrible. They ran over a cover for a irrigation valve box for about 4 or 5 months and the broken plastic from the cover ended up on my back patio and they just keep running it over it took that much time to have them replace it and when they did was they put a water meter cover on it that did not fit at all. It is an irrigation rectangle irrigation box not a water meter box probably took it from another property. It looked pretty rusted and old. They leave debris everywhere all over my car and blow the debris into my patio… and leave cigarette butts all over the front lawn
