This is the worst place ever, ever since Rosie sold it! Rosie was so professional always and accountable. These new owners are RUDE and have 0 accountability. They are not willing to give back money for wrong work and start arguing when you ask for a REFUND. If hair colour is not right and the toner is not correct, it needs to be fixed or refunded. I went in asking for coffee-colored highlights and left with reddish ones I absolutely did not want. When I showed the stylist she argued with me saying “I already have that”. When we asked for a refund, they only offered half the amount back. When we went in to collect, they actually accused us of being scammers who “get our hair done and then go back for money,” which is not only insulting but completely false.
