I received a great long layers haircut today! Joanne listens to my needs and my wants for my hair and always delivered. Thanks babe!
I spent over 3 hours here just for a simple shampoo, haircut, and blow dry. After washing my hair, I had to wait 40 minutes because the stylist took another client. She finally cut my hair, but instead of drying it right away, I was made to wait another hour while she worked on yet another client. In the end, she cut far more than I asked for, and I’m not happy with the result. Very disappointed with both the time management and the service.
Joanne cut my hair. Talks too much. Once she is there I had to wait 15 more minutes. And she comes in much later than your scheduled appointment. Irresponsible.
I’ve been going to Joanne for the past few months and she’s amazing. Helped me pick out the right style for me. She can do asian hair!
