Joanne is meticulous and serious in everything she does. So you are always in great hands with her. Most importantly she cares about her customers. So STRONGLY recommended.

I spent over 3 hours here just for a simple shampoo, haircut, and blow dry. After washing my hair, I had to wait 40 minutes because the stylist took another client. She finally cut my hair, but instead of drying it right away, I was made to wait another hour while she worked on yet another client. In the end, she cut far more than I asked for, and I’m not happy with the result. Very disappointed with both the time management and the service.
Joanne cut my hair. Talks too much. Once she is there I had to wait 15 more minutes. And she comes in much later than your scheduled appointment. Irresponsible.
