If Greenlit Brands can generate revenue of over $440 million, surely that means they can afford not to blatantly lie about their “Click-and-collect ready within 60 minutes” option, but it seems this is not the case. “Can take up to 24 hours” is the company’s lawyers’ “side note” to ensure when the two employees who sit behind their desk at the collection point all day don’t take the time out of their extremely (not) busy schedules to do their jobs, the consumer doesn’t write a negative review about Fantastic Furniture. I came on thursday 6PM but on google map say they close at 9.00PM on Thursday , Wasted money on go get and wasted times
Best warehouse customer service I have ever received! I had called up Fantastic Furniture to make a last minute purchase for a bed, the people on the phone did flag the warehouse was closing soon so you might not be able to collect it if not there in time. I got lost using the maps and being aware it was close to closing I was like oh no I’ve missed it.
