Today was the second time I’ve done a 100km round trip to Fantastic Furniture in Coffs Harbour after being told the items I wanted were in store and available for click and collect. Both times, I arrived only to find that the furniture I specifically went to see wasn’t actually on display. I was told I could still click and collect it “from out the back”, but that doesn’t help when you actually want to see the item, measure it properly, check the quality, and make sure it’s right before spending close to $500.
