Great staff, knowledgeable. Not pushy very helpful
While in Coffs visiting family, we took my mum to fantastic furniture for an item needing to be replaced. Courtney served us. Mum felt a little uncomfortable about this but courtney with her calm and friendly approach recognised this and.assured mum that everything would be fine I have to say its a rare day to shop somewhere with this level of service. Jaiden was a helpful and informative asset to us when looking for an update to our wardrobe. The goods were delivered on time, carried upstairs easily by the delivery company too. The robe was easy to assemble (for a huge flat pack), with great instructions, and seems like good quality too. We would recommend Fantastic Furniture, and definitely Jaiden, and will be back to them for sure.
Not usually one to whinge about retail customer experience especially at Xmas, but was pretty poor. One of the ladies tried her best to avoid looking at me whilst she pottered around and replaced receipt rolls and scrolled on the comp. Then when someone new came in she jumped on them. Ill go buy my 2 display cabinets and corner desk somewhere else then. ☺️
