After dealing with my local Fantastic Store in Bundaberg I received less than average service. I called up Hervey Bay to see if they had stock and spoke with a bloke named Jed. Jed went above and beyond to help me over the phone. I ended up purchasing online and picking up in Bundaberg as we needed ASAP and they had stock. Absolute credit to the Hervey Bay management having such a great bloke with amazing customer service. Received our couch today by delivery and Liz, Dave and Dillion were prompt and efficient and ontime. Very Happy with the service instore and out. The Hervey Bay Team is great.
A massive thank you to Julie-Anne, who made purchasing a bed and mattress such an easy and pleasant experience. Julie-Anne never pushed us, only recommended things that she thought we would like. Such an easy experience. Thank you also to management and the warehouse team who made picking up our mattress so quick and easy. 100% recommend.
Great furniture store! I walked in, found exactly what I wanted, paid, drove around back and picked up my new table. All in 10 minutes flat.
