The in-store staff were okay and generally helpful, but my low rating is mainly due to after-sales and delivery issues. Delivery was disappointing. The delivery staff were reluctant to carry three beds upstairs and initially tried to avoid doing so, even though this is part of the service. After some back-and-forth, they eventually helped, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult. Was in the store for 20 minutes and no warm welcome, smile or approach. Not going to write the store off yet, as everyone has bad days.
