The in-store staff were okay and generally helpful, but my low rating is mainly due to after-sales and delivery issues. Delivery was disappointing. The delivery staff were reluctant to carry three beds upstairs and initially tried to avoid doing so, even though this is part of the service. After some back-and-forth, they eventually helped, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult. Great customer service and prompt response
Was in the store for 20 minutes and no warm welcome, smile or approach. Not going to write the store off yet, as everyone has bad days.
Bought a queen bed frame from them, there was missing foot stopers, called them to replace and asked for a refund for missing parts, they did not response as that is not their responsibilty. Worst customer service.
No customer service Waited 15 minutes and walked around the store 3 times walked out then back in to get served
