The in-store staff were okay and generally helpful, but my low rating is mainly due to after-sales and delivery issues. Delivery was disappointing. The delivery staff were reluctant to carry three beds upstairs and initially tried to avoid doing so, even though this is part of the service. After some back-and-forth, they eventually helped, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult.
