Terrible customer service and the 30-day return policy is a joke. Attempted to return a rug purchased and was told it could not be returned due to the original plastic wrap not being with the rug. Rug was unused. Company would rather lose customers then re-wrap a rug. Disappointed, don't believe their 30-day return policy. Please note: The response from the owner is a misdirection. Store was unhelpful! They promote their return policy like it’s the holy grail, it’s not. Don’t buy a rug because if you take it out of the packaging to see if it suits/ fits your lounge, they will not accept a return. The rug was not damaged, and I had bought it 2 days before I tried to return it. They off the bat rejected my return and the only reason they offered an immediate exchange is because I advised that nobody informed me of the ‘must return in packaging’ rule.
