Horrible experience very disappointed!! The ravenhall shop experience was ok but the staff working at the back at collection point is the rudest guy we’ve ever seen!! He was rude, racist and not helping at all. He literally threw our furniture in the boot and walked off!! Guy with long hair and moustache! Do not go back to him!!
No other customers in the store and 3 staff members not willing to serve. Very disappointed in the level of services or lack thereof
