Placed a click & collect order online which was straight forward :) When I went in to collect my ordered, I was surprised to see just 1 staff member on the floor (Zoe i think her name was) running the show all by herself. While waiting to be served, She was dealing with a "challenging" customer (which she handled with the utmost professionalism & she was very patient) When I was served, she did an amazing job being able to brush off what she had faced, and served me with a smile & was able to help with my questions. from one... read more
Read this if ur planning to buy a mattress under $500. DONT!! My friend bought a mettress, recommended by staff as a popular one…. I have to lie to my friend about the bed, and tell her it’s all good when she asks. I DONT/CANT LIE so makes me very uncomfortable. Also, what a lovely gift….
