Bought a couch on sale, told it was discontinued and wouldn’t be delivered. Chose another couch, received half of it, then told the fabric was discontinued and wouldn’t be getting the other half. Then that original half was taken back and we were told it would be cut up and taken to the tip, even though it was in perfect condition. How about you donate it to someone in need, a lot of people are struggling at the moment and I’m sure there are people or organisations that are in need of free or cheap furniture. Very friendly sales and warehouse staff
Excellent sales staff at Cannington store! We were fully advised about a delay in delivery with our Sofa Bed arriving in the next container load. As promised we were informed when it arrived and a delivery booking made. Tracking and communication on the delivery day was really great. Love the quality of our new Sofa Bed. Thank you.
