Best Bridal shop around! After scouring the bridal stores in Grand Rapids and finding nothing but the same thing, I headed to Lansing to check out what it had to offer. Letts Bridal was awful. It looked outdated, dirty and the people who worked there were very unhelpful and disorganized. Fantastic Finds was my next stop and it was the opposite! Nice Bridal Shop Fantastic Finds in Lansing is a nice little bridal shop. They have a large selection of dresses available to view but their sizes are extremely limited. The customer service is quite excellent and they have customer friendly hours. Also, they offer some promotions throughout the spring where customers who purchase a dress can get better deals on other wedding necessities as well as win free trips, etc
Awesome Experience I went to Fantastic Finds during their "Big Sale" on Sunday. It was really really busy but it was organized chaos. I worked with Jaymie and she was great. Although I only had one hour to shop I found my dream dress for 400.00. It was such a steal the original price was 1100.00. I set up the appointment on a recommendation of a close friend and I will recommend this shop to every girl I know who is getting married. What a great experience Sarah M
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! The consultants are rude. The dresses are overpriced. Apparently you can get a whopping 10% discount if you order a dress and pay in full the first time you are at the store...and the first time only. My consultant forgot that little detail and I came back to order and they were going to scam me out of $120.00 for a mistake that the store employee made!! No dress Not a fan at all. My dress will not be in before my wedding. thank you fantastic finds. I called and kept calling it took my consultant 2 days to get back to me to tell me she doesn't think it will be in and there really isn't anything she can do. So now after finding my dream dress and spending it (paid in full when bought) over 1,600 i will not have a dress for my wedding.
Good Selection I went to Fantastic Finds with a friend and was surprised at how many gowns they had. You have to take your shoes off at the door so the gowns stay clean. There could be a little more room though.
Fantastic Finds is... I recently purchased my dress at Fantastic Finds, Kim was wonderful. Everyone's experience of course will be different. It depends on if you want someone to pull dresses that they think you will like, or you could choose to participate. Fantastic Finds Ruins The Experience Of Dress Shopping... I was really excited and looking forward to trying on dresses for the first time with my mom and sister. Unfortunately I ignored the horrific reviews I read about Fantastic Finds and opted to check them out. I wish I would have listened. Very Pleased! After having a terrible first experience trying on at dresses at another store, I was very pleased with Fantastic Finds! I bought my dress on my first visit. I felt Amanda listened to what I wanted and didn't want and ended up pulling a dress that looked great on my body type and had all the elements I was hoping for! I have had quite a few friends find their dresses here as well, which is why I gave it a shot. Two thumbs up!
