I called and was told $45 for a service. When it was done, she said the price is $75, but I ll charge you $55. Her explanation was 1. Because I am her good customer (this was my first time here after 2 years), and 2. I must have heard her wrong on the phone. So it felt like arbitrary pricing based on nothing The service was slow, and no way $75 was justified for a hair wash and blow dry.

I have been going to Fantastic Cuts Salon for at least 10 years now and have never had a cut, color, or highlight that I haven't liked. Nesa has always been the stylist I've used and she is attentive to listen to what you want, she's up on the latest techniques, she's not afraid to make recommendations and I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks!

Went to get haircut with Mary and Mary was not there on Monday. Other lady who did the hair cut was pretty bad. She was so busy talking to others in the Salon and not even bothered to see how she has cut the hair. It is very uneven. Right side it was short and left side it is long. Will not get my hair cut if Mary is not in the Salon.
