We will not go back to Fantasia. Our 2 dogs were there for 8 hours for baths & hair cuts. Eight hours. Their hair cuts are choppy & uneven. I took one of the dogs, that was groomed last week, to the vet today because she seemed to be having anal glands issues. Our vet GUARANTEES that our dog's anal gland were NOT expressed last week, during her grooming session. We paid for full groomimg, including expression of anal glands. I will NOT recommend Fantasia to any of our friends!!!
We bring Kali here when we leave town and she loves it! We also get her grooming done here!!! Friendly and personable!
We have boarded our dogs here for over a year and have been very happy. Our dogs must love Fantasia too because they get all excited and run to our car, whenever they see our suitcases out.
My dog Shep is more than a little spoiled and he loved his stay. He came home happy and relaxed. And when I dropped him off, he happily trotted off with the girl that was working the front desk--always a great sign. And when I picked him up he was so happy to see the woman that was working in the play yard he almost didn't even see me. I'll definitely be using Fantasia again!
Our dogs love their stay. Every time they come home happy.
A little nervous about dropping my dig off at first. But they walked her in with the other dogs and boom, she was hooked. She loves being there and the staff has been fantastic.
