I went to Fantasia twice and had Kim do my Mylar nails and unfortunately they did not hold up. They even got fungus. Terrible job won't go there again. Very sad to see that my nails didn't hold up since I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years.
Sam does an awesome pedicure and gel manicure. He is a perfectionist and does a superb job. He had every right to be proud of his work!
Terrible customer service. Made an appointment. Showed up. Sat and waited 35 minutes. Still not acknowledged. No one in there knows what is going on. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT EFFICIENT PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
