From the very beginning, this has been the worst part of planning my wedding. I will never recommend Fantasia Bridal in Wilmington, DE. EVER! Mietra and Mary clearly don't communicate. All previous "Doesn't Recommend" reviews are right on point. They are rude, they are short with responses. They have lied and have changed the date of delivery 3 times. I've worked with them on 2 occasions (Once for my wedding, once for a friends) If you can get past the horrible customer service they have a good variety of dresses at reasonable prices. But don't let other reviews fool you, these people are NOT nice, they are NOT helpful and they will NOT allow anyone to get in any other opinion. I had to cut off the sales girls multiple times during both the appointments I've been to just so the bride could get a word in edgewise. Went to the store with my friend who is the bride. The selection is mediocre and the lady didn't want us opening the bags. I found it odd that all the tags were cut out and some numbers were made up as model numbers. When I wanted to look up a model number on my phone, the lady yelled at me and told me to put my phone away like I was a child, claiming she knows that the camera is on the back. Rude Service – This bridal store was the worst in the area. The lady was very RUDE and was more worried about the value of her dress than the value of selling to the bride and her father. She informed me that those dress are expensive and she needed to help me into them. I'm old enough to know the value of money if I'm getting married! I had a wedding overseas in Saudi Arabia. My wedding date changed after the dress was shipped, and despite the short notice, Fantasia was able to intercept and expedite delivery of the package. I was so happy that the dress made it for my wedding! I recommend Fantasia to everyone.

very helpful and very patient – I had an excellent experience at Fantasia?s. I went to so many locations to search for my dress this store was the best by far. There were a variety of sizes to try on and the fashion consultant was professional yet warm. She answered all my questions, was very patient with my decision process, and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to any bride.

Fantasia was amazing! I can?t recommend it enough. The employees are so friendly and have a lot of experience. I seriously felt like a princess with all the individual attention. And if they don't have the gown you want in stock, they can order it and customize it however you want. It?s great.
