Terrible customer service.
A very nice woman with a great selection of hair to choose from, but expect to spend the whole day sitting in a chair while she stops for 40 minutes at a time to converse with people. I came early as soon as she opened precisely because I had things to do later in the day. I didn’t leave until a whole seven hours later - when I get my hair done in the same style elsewhere it takes half the time! Your best bet is to ask if she’s got the time to do your hair in an allotted time frame, otherwise prepare to cancel any other plan... read more
