if I could give negative stars I would. my prescription was done wrong twice, they tried to blame on me, the frames, the pd, and the prescription over the course of trying to get them right. According to old prescriptions I had they had my axis very wrong for left and right eye but only I figured that out by looking up past lenses I'd had filled. in the end they broke my frames and ended up calling the cops on me when I demanded a refund for the lenses I had paid for and not just the copay. I just LOVED my experience there. Dr May is awesome and Jasmine was wonderful. I left there feeling wonderful.
If I could choose 0 I would . I know way more about billing them the billing department . We went back last wed and tried to go to see my husband favorite sye doctor but the billing department ruins the experience . We will never go back and I will let everyone know that they don’t know anything about tricare prime at all . Tricare standard and tricare prime are too different insurances . Apparently they didn’t get the memo about tricare prime
I've been going to fant for years, and love Dr . May. My 1 star is not for her, it's for the glasses department. I picked up my daughters glasses yesterday evening. She wore them for an hour, and I made her take them off. They didn't look right to me. This is her 4th pair from them, and have never had an issue before. The lens was popping out a lot at the top, and looked like it was going to pop out. So, I brought them in this morning, and let them know they didn't look correct. Please beware I have worn contacts for over 30 yrs and never had a problem with contact tearing. I changed to Fant Optical because my eye doctor I have used for over 20 yrs retired and a friend suggested Fant, however I got a years' supply of contacts and the right side started ripping. Each contact lasted about 2 days - 1 week. When I called they told me to bring in the box which I did, after making a special trip to Texarkana to bring in box they told me I had to save the ripped contacts!
