Very disappointed in thier service , started off strong very attentive to the needs of a client, but droped the ball on follow up. paid for a visit to get a quote on November we followed up like 3 times and they never got back with quote.
They showed up on time, knowledgeable, great guidance for the product selection and were mindful of my budget. I had a difficult situation with my window size and product requirements; Loews and another local retailer could not provide what was needed to complete my job. It’s a family run business which goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and a beautiful product at a LOWER COST!!!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Jasmin and Jeff are an A1 duo. From the beginning, this company was by far the best in the desert. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough for the quality service that they provided to me. They are so incredibly trustworthy and well worth every moment. Terrible customer service PLUS it took over a month for the owner to call me back. And somehow the issue was my fault. Totally unacceptable.
