I have already hired a lawyer and I intend to sue this place. They torture your toes if you don't buy the packages they offer. The lady who served me was very nasty and hurt me several times. The staff is extremely rude and talks badly about customers in their own language. At the end, she expected a tip. I will never return to this place. What she did felt like first-degree assault. I will be pursuing a lawsuit very soon. Don't waste your time.
I called to make an appointment for a gel pedicure and asked for the price, which they told me was $37. Arrived to my appointment and was greeted by the first desk’s lady (which I assume is the boss) & she asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted - regular or gel, I said gel, she had me pick out my color & I confirmed again that the price was $37 - this including the color I had picked out. Lily is fabulous! I won’t go anywhere else!
I want to preface this by saying that I’ve been going to Fanny’s for 9 years. It’s extremely rare that I leave negative reviews, but there’s no way I’m going back after what happened yesterday. I got my nails done, paid, left a tip, and then stopped in the bathroom before leaving because I commute about an hour and a half to come here. I highly recommend Fanny Nails. I always go to Amy and she is amazing. Very friendly and kind. I will say though that the other ladies are wonderful also. Linda and Zoey are equally amazing. You will not be disappointed. They take the time to work on your mani and pedi. I will never go anywhere else
