Fanny Haim & Associates came with a strong reputation, but my personal experience fell short. Emails went unanswered for long stretches, and updates were vague at best. I often had no idea where my project stood. The final space didn’t reflect the early concepts that had been presented and instead felt disconnected and unfinished. With better communication and accountability, the project could have been a success, but instead it left me feeling ignored and unimportant.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Luz Rodriguez and it was a truly outstanding experience. Her professionalism, and clear communication made our collaboration both seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend Luz to anyone looking for a creative, dependable, and talented interior designer. It was an honor to support her work, and we look forward to the opportunity to work together again.
