I ordered the “sweetly scented pinks” bundle for a friend and it’s cute but there were no purple flowers in the photos online and it was delivered with bright purple flowers that kind of bring down the look of the bouquet. I wish they would have contacted me about a substitution instead of just using purple, even white would have been better.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address. They called me to confirm that the recipient was not at the provided address and with diligence, excellent attention, and for a reasonable fee, they delivered them to a revised address.
The arrangement was the florists choice and they used a great selection and colors that fit the spring theme. We had a slight confusion on delivery but they were very supportive and fixed everything quick and efficiently. Would recommend for an easy process and some great flowers
