I switched to a local dentist. And I had a really bad experiences for my two visits, and I had to unfortunately switch out of here. **The owner's response is insanely ridiculous to me , I DEFINITELY visited this facility twice this summer in Norwich, CT.** First visit was a routine cleaning. They struggle multiple times to get my bite wing x ray taking, it was painful for my gums after a few tries. And I'm sure all that repeated radiation exposure is not good for my gums and teeth. Love this dentist! I am in my 60s and have been to many terrible dentists, so i know what I'm talking about. Ive been coming here for a couple years now. She's very knowledgeable, listens, caring, and painless. Easy time making appointments, awesome staff, very helpful.

I cannot express how great the entire office is. I brought my kids with me for my appt and they were so amazing with them and helped keep them occupied while I got my X-rays. I then brought my kids in for their own appt and they were exceptional with them. My kids are now so excited to go the dentist and show off their clean teeth.
