I saw a listing on marketplace- Asked a question regarding if challenging credit or bankruptcy history would be an issue to qualify and instead of being professional and letting me know that it would be- she didn’t say anything and just left the chat. You could have just told me yes or given me outlines of what the disqualifications are. Maybe I have higher expectations as someone who has also been in leasing/housing management.
I want to shot out to the ladies in the office. We went to view a home and they were so friendly and respectful. They help us so much and we automatically felt like family. LoL. You can tell that they care for the people looking for a forever home. If I could gives these ladies more than 5 stars I would. IF anyone is looking for a beautiful home please go visit this place. YOU WONT REGRET IT. Thank you ladies cant wait to become part of the community.

I can’t say enough good things about the 2 women in the front office both are super nice and extremely helpful me and my wife went to check out the property and were very impressed all the house we toured were nice we fell in love with one and they were so nice throughout the process of getting approved and letting us know what we would need for a down payment so if you really want your own house and don’t think you can get approved give them a try it will definitely by worth it
These are all honeymoon reviews from when people first move in. I’ve been here a year and a half, and will share an honest review. First, it’s advertised pet friendly we’ve had nothing but problems with people sensitivity to dogs. I actually take my dogs away from this place to use facilities elsewhere due to accusations. It’s constantly flooding. There’s no retaining walls to capture the water that floods over from Nabors drilling which is contaminated soil.
