I gave Jonathan Standifer at Fannin Meadows in Tyler Tx a $300 money order March 31, 2025. He called April 1st saying turns out I was not approved for the home. I text Jonathan’s cell phone and asked him what about my $300? He text me back and said I would get $250 back. I have the messages. It’s now April 12, 2025 and I still have not got my money back.
