By far the second worst Mercedes-Benz dealership in the area, go to Cincinnati. Smith's in Charleston is a lot worse than Fannin's, although they do have a nicer, cleaner dealership than Fannin's.
Great place! They have great prices for their work, the work they do is top notch, and the Cafe they have is wonderful to be at during your wait. Haven't bought a vehicle there but I am sure that is great also.
Great service and I love the restaurant upstairs!
