It started with the random double bill for services,(they would bill BCBS and us) which was corrected when addressed. It then it progressed into bill's arriving 4 to 5 months after services were performed, spending hours on the phone with insurance companies contacting Feng's office directly (to tell them payment had been made), and finally, to Feng's office ignoring 2 certified letters and multiple phone calls asking for details and invoices. 4 months of requesting information and they have not answered or responded to the ... read more
