Tried to sell me new oil tank rather than repair the burner which was under warrenty. By the time I got someone else, the warranty had run out and it cost me almost &700 to fix it.
I have been dealing with this company for seven years, since they replaced our entire system (Heat/AC). What a mistake. They installed an insufficient AC unit, then after countless call sand follow-ups, they told me I need additional duct work. They did the duct work and...doesn't really work any better. Every time I have had to call for service over the years, it takes at least 6 - 8 calls to get any response. Once I finally give them some attitude on the message, then I finally get a call back. Fanelli Heating really does great work. They are very professional. The work they do is very clean and neat and they are very reasonable in price. If you ever need any heating or AC work done, call the professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great work guys!
